We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for processing and recording sales transactions, collecting overdue accounts and maintaining customer records. We're looking for a thorough, detail-oriented individual happy doing clerical work and conducting one-on-one customer service. If you're willing to do administrative and sales-related tasks, then this position is the ideal fit for you.

Main Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with selecting and purchasing products (face-to-face, online or over the phone).
- Recommend a variety of merchandise that is appropriate for the customer's needs.
- Answer customer questions about products and services.
- Develop and maintain relations with customers and community organizations.
- Be able to explain products to customers.
- Contact cargo/delivery companies to enquire about shipments.
- Be able to update marketplace and website listings.
- Manage social media accounts.
- Keep a record of the stock.

**Requirements**:

- Training can be provided
- Ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience with customer service and e-commerce

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.50 per hour
