**London Tideway Tunnels Maintenance Manager**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a career-minded individual to join our team as a Maintenance Manager.
**About the Role**:
**The Tideway Tunnel** is a multi-billion pound project designed to prevent storm sewage from discharging to the River Thames. The project is well under construction and will be commissioned in a year’s time. Preparations for the maintenance ofthe system are underway by the deliverer, and preparations are now also required for the preparation of maintenance by Thames Water.
**What will the role involve?**:

- The role will require **managing maintenance contracts.**:

- **Assessment of technical information** and development of solutions, through the preparation of engineering deliverables such as delivery to task specifications, engineering reports, drawings, specifications and data sheets.
- **Delivery of project outputs,** as part of multi-disciplinary project/ operational teams, in accordance with project or service delivery procedures.
- **Reporting maintenance KPIs and ensure quality standards are met.**:

- Supervision of a small team to ensure delivery against objectives.
- **Prepare and issue Asset Reports**:

- Sponsor the delivery of assets ready for LTT commissioning

**What skills are we looking for?**
We are looking for someone with
- An appropriate technical qualification **degree preferably with three years’ experience in a related role and** previous experience within either the wastewater or utilities sectors is desirable but not expected. Alternatively ONC/HNC with5+ years experience.
- Good team management and leadership skills.
- **You will be a good team player**, have good analytical and interpersonal skills, be an effective communicator and be willing to face challenging issues.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of project management.
Specific training will be provided where required.
