Your role would be to support the aims and objectives of the nursery and assist the management team in the organisation of a high quality establishment for children from birth to 5 years. You will work under the direction of the Room Leaders, Manager and Deputy, and form part of the senior team. You must be capable of leading a team of professional workers and ensure good practice at all times. You will assist with the planning and organisation of the nursery as a whole, ensuring quality is maintained in accordance with nursery procedures.

**You will**:
Work well as a member of a team and act as a good role model, demonstrating the policies and procedures expected within our environment

Provide high standards of care and education as a Early Years Educator

Work flexibly to meet the needs of the children

Communicate effectively and professionally

Have a working knowledge of the EYFS, planning and assessment systems and take an active role ensuring the Safeguarding and Health and Safety of all the children and staff you work with

Be excited to be part of a journey of reflection and development, using their ideas and experience to grow the nursery provision

Recognise the importance of supporting team development and staff wellbeing, as a leader

Experience in a Nursery provision is essential.
