Marketing Assistant

**Duties**:

- Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Support the marketing team in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Conduct market research and gather data for analysis
- Assist in the creation and proofreading of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and execution
- Provide customer support and handle inquiries related to marketing initiatives
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Maintain organized files and documentation

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an office or clerical role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
