We are currently recruiting for a Third Party Property Damage Handler to join our established and experienced team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
**Your role**
Your role will be responsible for appropriately and promptly investigating and advancing third party property damage claims to closure. Helping achieve business objectives and meet the defined customer service proposition.
You will ensure that customers, brokers, third parties, and claimants are supported throughout the claims journey by utilising agreed-upon claims processes. You will be handling end-to-end liability claims for all UK jurisdictions, this will include, the creation of new claims, reviewing policies, investigating the claims, negotiating, and identifying any indicators that would require additional support.
**About you**
You will have experience in end-to-end claims processes, ideally within property, household, commercial, or pet insurance or any injury experience.
You will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to build rapport with ease whilst building effective relationships.
