**SENIOR LOGISTICS OPERATIVE**

**About White Label Cocktails**:
We are a rapidly expanding cocktail manufacturer dedicated to providing an excellent product and delivery service to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic logistic warehouse operative to join our team.

**Warehouse Operative Days**

Monday to Friday ~ 40 hours per week. Shifts will vary within the warehouse operational hours of 7am-6pm

**Salary**: Up to £30,000 depending on experience

**Main duties/ responsibilities**
- Operate forklifts and other industrial vehicles for material movement within the warehouse.

Oversee the 'Goods In' procedure to ensure all received ingredients and materials are compliant with quality standards and company protocols.
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
- Ensure that materials and products are efficiently and safely located at the right place
- Inspect and maintain equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including conducting regular stock takes.
- Comply with safety guidelines, company policies and legal guidelines
- Perform additional tasks as directed by Management.

**What you will need for this role**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of the operations freight, logistics
- Possession of a valid forklift certification
- Experience in operating industrial vehicles.
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures and safety guidelines

**Behavioural skills**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

**Soft Skills**
- Physical coordination and stamina
- Strong Organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in record-keeping and quality control mechanisms
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Dependability and punctuality

**Professional Qualification or experience required.**
- Previous experience as warehouse operator
- Attention to detail
- Organisation skills
