**Care Assistant**

Blossom is different from other care providers where we have a minimum visit time of 50 minutes which means we have the time to deliver the care that people deserve and our care staff are not rushed or stressed. **Care Assistant Benefits**:

- Pay starting from **£12 per hour with an overtime rate of £15 per hour**:

- **Generous mileage allowance of 35p per mile**:

**Care Assistant Duties**:

- Supporting and assisting with all personal care requirements
- Providing companionship and supportive listening
- Observing and reporting any changes in the health or status of the patient
- Preparing meals and feeding patients
- Prompting and administering medication
- Domestic duties
- Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities

**Essential**:Full driving licence and access to a reliable car and must work every other weekend.

If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Carer, Care Worker or Support Worker we would love to hear from you.

**If you do not have experience, we provide full training from the start If you have experience as a Cleaner, Cook, Mental health worker we would love to hear from you.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-48 per week

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

All of our staff are provided with full PPE to ensure the safety of our service users and staff
