**Job description**
As the Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining all areas of the business to ensure housekeeping is maintained to a high standard. You will be a flexible problem solver with excellent communication skills adapting to each situation appropriately as they occur.
The co-ordination of the catering and cleaning is key for the smooth running of the kitchen providing a clean and safe environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing supplies and maintenance of storage areas, kitchen, and toilets. This will include the weekly grocery order, and communicating with the other offices to ensure the business have enough supplies
- Provide beverages as and when required for the Partners, Associate Partners, Directors, and clients
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy at all times
- Replenish items in the toilet areas - soap, toilet rolls etc.
- Sanitize areas as necessary
- Maintain the coffee machine and replenish the coffee as and when needed
- Clean fridges, microwave, toaster, kitchen floor, cupboards, and surfaces together with the dishwasher
- Opening the offices and ensuring client areas and kitchen are ready for use for the start of the day.
- Ensure boardroom cleanliness
- Ensure the external areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Reception area to be checked on a regular basis to ensure its clean and tidy.
- Report any maintenance issues and take any faulty item out of action if needed
- Sandwich ordering or making if required by Partners
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
This is not an exhaustive list of your duties, and you may be required to carry out other duties and tasks required for the efficient operation of the business.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
