**Company Description**
- We are currently looking for 2 apprentices in our Machine Shop department who have the determination to succeed as well as a desire to learn and develop within a dynamic business environment.
- The role will be 37 hours per week and report directly to the Machine Shop Manager.
- The company will support you through SVQ3 level plus HNC qualifications during the 4-year apprenticeship.
- The first year will be based full time at college with the remaining 3 years based on site.
- Subsequent year will be spent learning all aspects of CNC Machining in our Machine Shop on all our CNC disciplines.
- We will provide you with the tools to become a success in our business as well as enjoy a competitive salary.
- Some general hands-on mechanical experience.
- Develop mechanical knowledge and experience in the field of CNC machining***

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to work on own initiative, as part of a team and to follow instructions.
- Ability to approach problems logically.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation both verbally and written.
- Drive your own development and complete all training modules successfully and in a timely manner with the support of external auditors.
- Develop a full understanding of all metrology and tooling used to support production.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and documentations.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 4 National Five Qualifications at Level 4 or above.
- Foundation Apprenticeship in Engineering or Scientific Technology would be advantageous.
