**Job description**:
**Role**

Administrator required for TPR’s Data Privacy and Compliance team. We provide information, guidance and support on all matters relating to Information Governance/Security and Data Protection.

We are looking for a new team member to provide administrative support, including allocating and filing work, updating and maintaining reports, arranging meetings and agendas, minute taking and assisting the team with case and project work. We are seeking a problem solver, with good attention to detail and organisational skills, who likes to improve processes and help drive our team’s efficiency.

Development and training opportunities will be available to learn about Information Security related work.

**Responsibilities**
- Allocating and filing work for team.
- Updating and maintaining Management Information and Reports for team.
- Minute taking.
- Assisting team with case and project work.
- Development and training opportunities available in Information Security activities which are addressed by the team, e.g., Freedom of Information and Data Protection / UK GDPR related requests, Information Security assessments.

**Person specification**:
**Essential and Desirable Criteria**

Adept in the general use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook etc. and ideally Sharepoint (or ability to quickly learn how to work with new computer systems)
Ability to organise meetings and meeting agendas. Taking minutes in meetings.

Knowledge of working with UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018 and Freedom of Information Act would be beneficial. Or desire to develop skills and knowledge in this area.

Ability to prioritise mixed workload and to aid the prioritisation of urgent and work driven by strict internal and external deadlines.

Ability to work under own initiative. Role will involve home working and managing own time and workload.
