E-commerce Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Platform Management**: Administer and maintain the e-commerce platform, ensuring the store is fully functional, up to date, and meets all business requirements.
- **Product Management**: Update and manage product listings, descriptions, images, and prices, ensuring accurate and consistent data across all channels.
**- Data Management**: Use Excel and CSV files to import/export large datasets, including product catalogues, pricing updates, and customer data.
**- Order Processing**: Ensure orders are processed and alert to any integration Errors, Collaborate with I.T on any errors or integration issues, improvements.
**- Reporting & Analysis**: Generate reports on sales, customer trends, and product performance using Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
**- Website Optimization**: Collaborate with the marketing and IT teams to enhance the website’s functionality, improve the user experience, and implement new features or updates.
**- Customer Service Support**: Work with the customer service team to address escalated issues, providing technical support when necessary.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas.
- Experience working with CSV files for data uploads and updates.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Additional Skills (preferred)**:
- Understanding of SEO best practices.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web development tools (preferred but not required).
