**What are we looking for?**
- Part-Time / 15-20 hours a week
- Available to work weekends and evenings
- Preferred age 17+

We are looking for an energetic, hard-working team member to join us, and throw themselves into the role of Game Host. We would prefer additional creative and/or practical skills as we are working on making our fifth room, any building or art background would be great

This is an exciting role at a fun, friendly and rapidly expanding business with the scope to progress. It’s vital you are adaptable, have good IT skills, are confident, and have a passion for creating an exceptional customer experience.

**Who are we?**

We are a family-run escape room company based in Windsor, that started up in December 2018.

We design our rooms in-house and build everything ourselves. We take pride in the authenticity of our escape rooms and the unique experience we provide for customers.

Our escape rooms are designed for anyone from families, groups of friends, colleagues and first-time players. Therefore, we put customer service at the top of our priority list.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Greeting and briefing customers
- Hosting escape room bookings - this involves observing the players on a screen and sending through hints if they get stuck
- Making sure customers feel safe in the escape rooms and keeping to our covid cleaning schedule.
- Customer service for Escape Rooms and Windsor Duck Tours
- Debriefing the team after they complete the game or letting them down gently if they fail

Our office is based in our escape rooms in central Windsor, a fantastic location with great transport links.

**Requirements**:

- You are a strong team player
- A passion for customer service
- Very confident face to face with customers & on the phone
- Outgoing and positive attitude
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings
