- **Role & Responsibilities**:_
- Responsible for assisting the management team with the day to day running of the store.
- Required to lead by example at all times and maintain a sales driven mind-set.
- Responsible for assisting with product training, Jack & Jones service concept training and the overall training and development of the team.
- Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets, maintain retail standards and excellent customer service
- Evaluate self-on-the-job performance, as well as other staff
- Assist with visual merchandising, processing deliveries and general stock management
- Maintain inventory and assisting with stock ordering
- Ensure promotions and pricing are accurate and in tune with company’s standards
- Utilize computers to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning
- Maintain health and safety measures and store’s cleanliness
- Handle customer complaints, issues and questions.
- **Necessary Skills/Experience**:_
- Previous experience in a similar role/in a fast paced fashion retail environment is essential.
- Proven track record of both motivating and managing a team.
- Proven track record of achieving both sales targets & KPI's.
- Proven experience with regard to the training and development of a team.
- A desire to succeed is also necessary along with having the skills to work within a team
