**The Team**:
The Global Publishing Team is responsible for the creation of assets to support our publishing partners globally. The team develops materials to grow the business and manages the review process for all submissions. The team partners with internal stakeholders as needed to provide timely feedback to our licensees while maintaining brand compliance. The team is also responsible for collecting publishing files back from licensees for other publishers to use.

Job Description
**The Opportunity**:
The Approvals Coordinator, Publishing position will be a part of the Global Publishing Team and will be based in the UK Office. This position will report into the Director of Global Publishing. This position will review all submissions from publishers to review for brand compliance and will provide timely feedback. This position will work closely with our editorial and creative leads in publishing.

This position will work with publishers to collect files back for other publishers to use. This position will review the delivered files, remove any third-party materials, and then share with the MAM team for upload into our DAM system.

**What Your Impact Will Be**:

- Reviews creative and editorial for publishing product submissions for all publishing licensees globally.
- Flags any items for further review to Creative and Editorial.
- Requests and receives working files back from publishers. Reviews working files and removes any third-party assets or material. Prepares files for upload to DAM system. Shares files with MAM team for upload. Archives files.
- Working with eBook vendor, delivers necessary material for creation of eBooks. Manages eBook documentation and materials.
- Assists or manages other projects for publishing department as needed.

Qualifications
**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-3 years of product approval experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Self motivated with the ability to organize your own workload effectively
- Able to adjust priorities as required
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Able to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders and partners
