About The Role

Night Care Team Leader - Competitive pay rate of £12.55 per hour

Flexible hours including full time and part time

We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Care Team Leader to join the team at St Ives House, our recently built residential country house care home at Ashley Heath. This home is set in stunning scenery near to the New Forest and market town of Ringwood.

What you will be doing:
Plan and manage delivery of quality care to our residents alongside a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants
Ensure your team are supported and have guidance throughout their shift
Administration of medication to residents
Liaising with external medical professionals and resident’s families
Ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards in line with Care South's

Who are we looking for:
A natural leader within our caring profession

We want someone who can make a positive impact on the lives of our residents - you’ll also need to be able to inspire and nurture your team to be at their best every day.

You’ll have completed an NQV3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be fully competent in medication administration.
