We are currently looking for **Painter & Decorators **to join our established and thriving Painting business based in Plymouth and covering Exeter. **The Painter and Decorator role**:

- You will be completing all external and internal re-decorations within public environments, including social housing, military bases, education, and commercial buildings
- Ensuring work is completed efficiently, on time and to a high standard, you will be incentivized with uncapped, weekly bonus schemes
- You will thrive off building relationships whilst working in public settings. Contributing to a positive team working environment and ensuring our customers feel safe and comfortable in your company.
- Health and Safety is at the forefront of all you do, considering yourself, the team, and the customers around you.

**What will you bring as a Painter and Decorator?**
- Qualified to an NVQ Level 2 or higher in Painting or similar professional body or considerable experience in the Trade for several years
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to retaining these standards whilst working in a professional way.
- Motivated in your approach to work and able to work to individual and team output targets
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the role, with use of your own vehicle
- Experience in working on Internal & External works, ideally within Social Housing, experience of working in Military Bases and educational settings is desired.
