The Role

This is a key, senior role within the agency as you will be taking responsibility for some of their largest clients and their many touch points. You will be responsible for making connections with people, motivating and inspiring them to achieve results.Whilst there is not currently the expectation to line manage a team, you will be expected to be a role model to more junior members of the team, demonstrating a consistent high level of service for our clients, whilst being passionate about the work they do
- a real ambassador for the agency.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Write and agree annual account plans and manage accounts on a monthly basis to meet these goals
- Own specific client revenue targets and proactively drive client revenue, providing financial intelligence such as forecasting and pipelines, profitability and investment (where appropriate)
- Work proactively with all levels of seniority within the clients’ teams to help develop their businesses
- Build, establish and secure ongoing relationships with senior points of contacts/decision makers
- On occasion you will be expected to contribute to winning new business outside of your day-to-day clients
- Proactively seek and create new business opportunities within your clients
- Lead, support and manage junior members of the client team when working with them on projects, giving them the responsibility for the day-to-day workload and prioritisation of work
- Hold internal and external client reviews on a regular basis
- End-to-end client service, from taking briefs and overseeing projects and being accountable that work aligns to the brief, through the business to the point of billing
- Constantly review the way we work to benefit the client and agency - looking for smarter and more efficient ways of working
- Proactively drive client relationships
- Delegation of authority

Skills and Expertise
- Knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others by understanding their individual needs and motivations are essential
- 5 years’ plus experience within another agency (marketing, design or creative agency)
- Experience of large complex accounts
- Experience and proven track record of relationship management
- Experience and proven track record of protecting, growing and nurturing clients
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- To take the lead and assume full responsibility for the service that they provide to a client
- Experience of managing people
- Outstanding written and oral communication
- Confident and engaging presentation skills
- Negotiation skills
- Management and motivation of client team
- Problem solving
- Project costing
