**Marketing Executive, Gather Technology**

**Job Purpose**

A managed IT services business, that provide IT project management, systems architecture, and cybersecurity for businesses.

Support the delivery of professional marketing activities for Gather Technology. Provide marketing support for the business by helping sales to achieve its goals.

Role would suit office (Somerset) or remote working.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the implementation of the marketing activity plan
- Analysis of the results of all marketing activity and achievement of marketing KPIs
- Agency/ Freelance liaison
- Brand management and consistency
- Support for sales in the identification and conversion of prospects

**Responsibilities**
- Executing marketing plans and overseeing related collateral
- Creating and implementing campaign plans
- Build target prospect list based on agreed ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
- Help establish a clear market proposition and ensure the brand always reflects this
- Manage the prospect CRM database
- Measure marketing effectiveness, both internally and externally, collating information on ROI and providing monthly management reports
- Managing budgets for campaigns and keeping budget tracking up to date
- Producing briefs for creative, digital and PR/ content
- Ensuring pre-planned media, PR and marketing plans are delivered
- Manage lead generation program with the aim of increasing enquiry volumes, whilst reducing the cost per enquiry
- Develop materials for sales that will support them throughout the entire sales cycle
- Manage supplier relationships
- Research target markets & competitor's marketing

**Person specification**

**Required**:
Formal marketing qualification or relevant degree

**Desirable**:
Experience in the use of CRM databases and CMS systems

Understanding of PPC and SEO methodologies

Understanding of the use of social media and social management tools

**Behavioral competencies**:
Good written and verbal communication skills

A high standard of organisational and time management skills

Good team worker, able to get on with people at all levels and work collaboratively

Able to deliver project goals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
