**About the role**:
Leading a small, passionate fundraising team, you'll work in partnership with the CEO and Fundraising Committee to develop and expand the existing fundraising programme across a range of income streams, including corporates, major giving, trusts and grants,community and individual giving.
You'll refresh the existing portfolio and invigorate with fresh ideas and perspective, to ensure the charity is at the forefront of post-pandemic fundraising and ahead of the curve when it comes to innovation.
**About the person**:
- You're an experienced fundraising professional who is naturally curious and always in learning mode, which means your fundraising portfolio is diverse, fresh and vibrant.
- Your track-record is underpinned by a range of fundraising experience across multiple income streams, with a particular specialism in major relationships (corporate, major gifts and/or trusts).
- You're brave and bold in approach, constantly horizon scanning for new ideas and ways of working, and you lead by example so that your team are encouraged and empowered to do the same.
- You are a brilliant, sensitive and engaging communicator who operates with strong emotional intelligence at all times, whether that's public speaking at an event, working closely with supporters, or engaging internally with colleagues and people visitingthe centre.
