**The Client**
My client is a prestigious and reputable law firm, based in beautiful offices in Blackfriars (City of London).
The role is working as part of the reception team where you will be responsible for all pantry duties and reception duties such as meeting guests and showing them to their meeting rooms, offering refreshments, making teas and coffees, ensuring the meeting roomsare kept clean and tidy and covering reception occasionally.
This is an ongoing temp role of at least 6 months.
**The Role**:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Providing refreshments for the meetings
- Managing the meeting rooms catering
- Covering reception
- Ensure the reception area and meetings rooms are kept tidy at all times of day
