My client is a leading digital bank, who are trailblazing a name for themselves in the banking industry, by having the culture and spirit of a fast-moving, disruptive technology company. They are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join them on aFTC Maternity Cover, for 12 in an exciting fast-paced environment. Based in their executive office in the City of London with a hybrid working arrangement. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in one of the largest growing banks on the market, ina diverse role with lots of variety.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce monthly management accounts which would include preparing Income Statements and Balance Sheets which would be presented to board members.
- Calculate and reconciliate the revenue streams of the bank and ensure all information is correct and appropriate.
- Help in the review and implementation of new budgets and forecasts into monthly reporting.
- Assist with statutory audits for the Bank.
- Work closely with the Finance and Treasury teams as well as the rest of the Bank.
- Provide assistance to the Accounts Payable team.
- Act as a point of support for junior team members and assist with their development.
**Requirements**:

- Experience working in either Audit Practice, Banking or Relevant Financial Services.
- You are able to work in a fast-paced environment with a level of ambiguity.
- Very strong analytical, numerical and excel skills.
- A qualified accountant (preferably ACCA or ACA) with a strong academic background.
- Previous experience in working with trial balances and report building using financial data.
- Ability to work independently without much guidance with strong communication skills.
- Excellent organisation skills, being able to meet multiple on-going deadlines and a keen eye for detail.
