**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (both on-page and off-page) for all our eCommerce sites.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for driving relevant traffic.
- Optimise website content, meta tags, headings, images, and URLs to improve organic search visibility and ranking.
- Manage link-building campaigns, outreach, and other off-page SEO initiatives to increase domain authority and search engine rankings.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are adhered to across all content and digital campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and SEO best practices.
- Implement and optimise conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies to turn traffic into sales.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and fix any identified issues related to site speed, mobile optimisation, crawl errors, and more.
- Create and manage a comprehensive SEO roadmap aligned with business goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 8 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of successful SEO campaigns.
- Extensive knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques and best practices.
- Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and others.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, schema markup, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience in conducting keyword research, competitive analysis, and developing content strategies.
- Proven ability to generate high-quality backlinks through outreach and link-building strategies.
- Expertise in conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and a strong focus on driving sales, not just traffic.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or similar.
- Knowledge of PPC campaigns and how they complement SEO strategies.
- Familiarity with local SEO strategies for improving visibility in local search results.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Basic salary of £45,000.00 based on experience.
- £50,000.00 OTE (On Target Earnings) agreed 3 months into the job once you have delivered your strategy.
