This is a highly visible and integral role to the Group (DBWG), where you will have input into the production of the annual report, the terms of reference of board sub-committees, policies, and other governance documents. Therefore, a meticulous and organised approach is essential to the role. You will attend and be responsible for the timely production of accurate minutes for meetings of the Board, Sub-committees, Subsidiaries and Investment Committee, ensuring that meetings run smoothly and in accordance with best practice whilst maintaining excellent standards of corporate governance. With a good understanding of company law and statutory and regulatory requirements, ideally relating to the financial services sector, you will ensure that all DBWG filings and returns are submitted accurately and on time. A confident communicator, you will liaise with the Partnership Team at Welsh Government on matters that require shareholder approval or collaboration.
