We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrator in our Newcastle office. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or interns looking to progress their career in administration.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate meeting rooms
- Providing administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assisting with travel arrangements and other ad-hoc duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£24,076.35 per year
