The Woodlands at Hothorpe Hall is an award winning venue specialising in weddings, events, and conferences. The Woodlands has rapidly gained recognition and awards as a destination venue for high quality customer service, food offering, events space and accommodation.

We are actively expanding our team due to the continued growth and development of the estate. With extensive renovation plans to include a fully serviced hotel, fine dining restaurant, hotel bedrooms and event space, we are looking for hard working, driven individuals to bring a positive mindset and can-do attitude to drive our business forward.

We are looking for a Night General Assistant who will work with the team on the Hothorpe Estate. As Night General Assistant you will be involved in ensuring our guests have a restful night, whilst ensuring that everything is in place for the following day. You will be presentable, well-mannered and able to communicate with people at all levels.

The working pattern for this role requires the individual to work 4 nights out of 7, which will include weekends with each night shift being 10 working hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Light cover of the reception, dealing with guest queries & answering incoming calls.
- Assisting with the cleaning of public areas and getting the venue ready for the following day.
- Being able to assist our front of house team to offer the best food and beverage service possible.
- Attending to guests, providing a collaborative and considered approach in all that you do.
- Safety checks inside the venue and out within the estate grounds.
- Any additional duties assigned by the Operations Manager, or Manager on duty.
