You will be fit and healthy, able to lift packages up to 23kg and be prepared to spend most of the working day stood up. This may well suit someone looking for a career move from a Hospitality or Retail environment.
Attention to detail is an essential skill, as quality control is at the heart of our production process.
Also, good Maths and English and a working knowledge of computers, as using our stock management systems is an integral part of the role.
We believe in multi-skilling our entire team, so you will be trained to carry out a variety of tasks within our Warehouse department.
Tasks include booking in and checking orders from suppliers, picking orders in the warehouse, Stock taking amongst other day to day responsibilities.
Overtime may be required during busy periods.

You should be able to show you are capable of the following:
**Job Duties**:
Load and unload lorries in a safe and efficient manner
Packing and despatching
Move and stack materials
Rotate floor stock
General housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assigned
Perform general warehouse duties in order to maintain a smooth operation
Use common warehouse management software
Receive/process shipments

£24,000.00 per year

**Schedule**:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 30 minutes lunch break

**Experience**:
Warehouse management system: 1 year (preferred)

**Work Location**:
Christchurch, Dorset.
