Learner Engagement Manager - Measham
I have an exciting opportunity to work with a world class leadership and management development company. They are looking for an exceptional individual to work with their clients as a Learner Engagement Manager.
For 13 years, they have been delivering leadership and management development programmes all over the UK and internationally. They are looking for the right people to continue the great work achieved so far, whilst also bringing innovation and product developmentto their organisation.
The business has grown with some of the world’s best-known brands exclusively through word of mouth and delivering the highest quality leadership and management development at all levels from first line team leaders to executive boards.
They have already put over 300+ leaders through apprenticeship programme EPA with a 100% pass rate, over 98% achieving distinction or merit.
They are fairly unique and have a fully employed team of professional specialist facilitators, quality coaches, functional skills tutors, administrators and leadership team. They never subcontract work out and maintain complete control over the quality of theirproducts and services.
The package available for Learner Engagement Manager:
- Basic salary of £30000 - £35000.
- 22 days holiday plus public holidays.
Purpose of the role of Learner Engagement Manager:
- Manage and coordinate learner activities that support high quality compliant apprenticeships and ensure timely completions.
- Use a range of digital systems to manage and communicate with programme participants.
- Proactively communicate with learners to ensure they are engaged and attending sessions.
- Robustly monitor attendance and task completion to identify learners who may require intervention to support and/or re-engage them and liaise with the relevant coach and stakeholders to put measures in place to support timely completions.
- Manage quality coach activity and dairies to ensure learners are progressing in line with programme deadlines.
- Co-ordinate the end point assessment activity and ensure the required documentation is completed and uploaded to skilsure and communicate with learners to ensure they meet EPA deadlines and attend their live assessment date.
- Track and report on progress, review attendance and engage with line managers.
- Report escalations and issues weekly to Account Manager.
- Identify and analyse learner trends across clients, Quality Coaches and Line managers and report to Head of Quality Apprenticeships.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required for the role of Learner Engagement Manager:
- Experience working within the Work-Based Learning sector.
- Up to date knowledge of Apprenticeships standards, funding, and government training programs.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proven track record in exceeding targets and customer expectations.
- Ability to build strong and effective working relationships at all levels.
- Ability to interpret data and information accurately and present in an appropriate format for the audience.
The ability to work at a fast pace in a demanding environment is essential. You will need to have a high level of capability and be able to show resilience and a desire to be part of a small business.
