Accounts Payable Clerk - Trafford Park - A well known retail brand offering an excellent culture & benefits **About Our Client**: Page Personnel are recruiting for this Accounts Payable role on behalf of one of the UK's most well known retail brands.The business has an excellent "people first" culture with plenty of room to progress and all vacancies advertised internally. Accounts Payable Clerk duties will include: - Matching invoices against purchase orders. - Manage supplier payments, both domestic and foreign, including ad-hoc pro-forma invoice payments. - Chase VAT invoices to ensure they are received in a timely manner. - Manage and resolve internal and external queries, end to end. - Liaise with purchasing department on price or quantity discrepancies. - Liaise with purchasing department to manage the booking in of goods. - To update payment forecasts. - Post supplier payments, DD's etc. - Monthly supplier statement reconciliations and pursue outstanding invoices. - Communicate with site to ensure information regarding delivery of materials is received and correct. **The Successful Applicant**: - Will have a track record in an Accounts Payable role - Will be an excellent verbal and written communicator - Will have strong attention to detail - Will be proficient with MS Office, particularly MS Excel **What's on Offer**: A salary up to £27,000, hybrid working, pension, parking & more.
