IBCO Limited is one of the largest specialists frozen and dry food importers and distributors of mainly ethnic products in the UK. The company has been supplying the wholesale and retail trades and food service industry for over 40 years.

we are now recruiting for a stock assistant.
- Your duties will consist of all matters relating to stock and warehouse. Checking and maintaining stock.
- Provide full administrative and clerical support when and where required.
- Managing containers (goods in/out), load checking and investigating discrepancies and resolving loading issues and dealing with any queries or problems.
- Transport arrangements and logistics.
- Full communication between transport companies, sales manager, warehouse loading people and Sales Team.
- Prepare, printing and checking of paperwork for loading and sending transport confirmation.
- Daily stock replenishment, and regular stock checks.
- stock reports maintenance.
- Assist with sales and customer’s orders from receipt of order to dispatch through to delivery.
- Assisting with stock control, Invoicing, data entries and stock checking.
- Always work within your team, provide holiday cover and report any customer requirements or issues that need resolving.
- Provide additional support for the sales manager and director when needed and such clerical and other duties as and when required.

skills requirement
- pro-active and able to work without supervision.
- an excellent communicator (oral and written)
- IT literate (experience in the ERP systems and SAGE are an advantage)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
