PIB Group have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Management Accountant to join our Retford based Finance Team
**The Role**
The Senior Management Accountant will lead the delivery of the management accountant services whilst supporting the Finance Business Partner in providing quality MI, reporting and business development opportunities.
**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for the delivery of monthly management accounts for one of the core divisions
- Support ad-hoc Finance Business Partner and Finance Director financial data queries
- Innovate and support the internal processes supporting financial reporting across the group central function
- Maintain quality audit trail, reconciliations and records to support the financial accounts of the entities
- Liaise and work with external and internal audit as required around account production and the control environment
- Work collaboratively across the Financial Control management team to deliver the wider business service
- Manage an operational team of Management and Assistant Management Accountants

**Experience**:

- Qualified accountant is desired, newly qualified or working towards a qualification CCAB/CIMA/ACCA/ACA
- Experience working in a central finance function, ideally group finance experience with the financial services industry
- Team management experience
- Proficiency in Excel is essential
- Business management software proficient preferably experience with Oracle NetSuite
