An innovative global marketing & design company, which works closely with some of the world's largest brands to supply innovative solutions, which helps improve on quality, sustainability, and time to market, is looking for a **Business Development / Account Manager**to join their team of 35 in their offices in**Stanmore, London Borough of Harrow**.

Our client is rapidly expanding and specialises in the manufacture of bespoke promotional têxtiles and clothing for their customers, handling the whole process from start to finish, including the design, manufacture, and delivery.

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday standard working hours, with a hybrid working flexibility available.

**Main Purpose of the Role**:
To secure viable, profitable business for the company, through the development and maintenance of an appropriate client base within bespoke promotional têxtiles/clothing, and through so doing, to contribute to the successful achievement of the company’sobjectives.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Support the Account Director with the growth and development of 4 clients circa £1m per annum
- Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including product/service mix, pricing, and margins able to manage personal time and productivity.
- Maintain existing sales T/O within accounts as well as looking for areas to grow and develop Locally / Globally.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
- Work closely with the design department to furnish clients goals on creative presentations
- Record, analyse, report, and administer according to systems and requirements.
- Attend and present external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions to aid future business development.
- Develop customer/prospect leads from existing client portfolios.
- Manage and write all new tender proposals with support of senior management.

**To Be Considered**:

- Proven experience in Account Management/New Business Development within a bespoke manufacturer.
- Experience selling promotional clothing/têxtiles would be preferred, however not essential
- Tenacious and highly motivated.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and well under pressure.
- Ability to translate client brief into range of product that meet clients’ expectations.
- Highly organized, methodical, and ability to multi-task successfully.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- A strong level of computer literacy especially is using MS Office
- Full driving license and access to own vehicle.
- Ability to travel to customer sites throughout the UK, and globally if required.
