An opportunity has arisen for one Transport Administrator Clerk to be based at our office in Immingham, supporting the transport operations in the Energy sector. You will work within small but busy department, this role will appeal to an individual with excellent attention to detail, enthusiasm and flexibility. **Key Responsibilities**: - To ensure accurate and timely input of driver worksheets onto a time and attendance system along with other bespoke systems - Entering KM’s daily, taken from driver’s timesheets into database - Raising Fuel invoices - To ensure accurate and timely input of purchases orders onto Oracle - Book SQA driver training - Ensuring business deadlines are met and that any queries are resolved. - To work closely with the Operations team around the country and the Finance team in Chippenham - Arrange car hire / travel bookings for Ops staff and drivers - To carry out Ad hoc tasks **The Person**: - Must be organized, excellent attention to detail, as accuracy is paramount - Team player - You will have a flexible approach to working hours and have the ability to work on your own or as part of a small team - Must have good communication skills and have ability to communicate at all levels. - To provide holiday cover as and when needed - Confident use of Excel, and the use of formulas within Excel would be advantageous. - Training will be provided on company systems - Ability to prioritize workload and excellent attention to detail with a "can do" attitude. - Ability to build relationships with other members of the transport team - Willingness to take on and learn new roles and responsibilities - Pro-active and self-motivated Wincanton is a leading supply chain partner for British business, providing supply chain solutions up and down the country.
