We are very excited to announce the opening for a Recruitment Marketing Industrial Placement. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-driven and motivated student looking to learn more about the Recruitment Marketing strategies for an industry-leadingglobal company.

The role will be homeworking with travel expected to our Enterprise Holdings' European Head Office in Egham, Surrey.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work directly with the UK and Ireland Talent Acquisition team to create and implement innovative marketing strategies
- Support Talent Acquisition duties including career fair planning, local and national campaigns
- Write blogs for our website and help develop content for our various social channels
- Support our Campus Ambassador Programme with innovative ways we can network with various societies and diverse groups
- Support the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Department with wide ranging diversity award and benchmarking submissions
- Assist with the development of Race Equality, LGBT+, Disability, Gender Equality and other diversity initiatives
- Plan and manage one-off student events as well as project managing long term initiatives
- Manage various University Job Boards
- Handle administration and queries for our UK/IE team
- Organise, plan and attend national diversity team meetings and other talent meetings

**Qualifications**:

- You must be a current undergraduate university student looking to undertake a placement year as part of your course (any discipline) or postgraduate
- Confident with Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel
- Confident on Social Media platforms that students engage with
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong time management ability
- Persuasive and influential
- Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail
- Team player who can work well within a team as well as on own initiative
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidential information

**Additional Information**
- **Hours**: 40 per week
- **Salary**: £20,000 per annum
