- **Data management**:Maintaining accurate patient records within the referral management system, including referral details, appointment information, and communication updates.
- **Communication**:Contacting patients to confirm appointments, provide updates on wait times, and address any queries.
- **Provider liaison**:Communicating with referring healthcare providers to clarify referral details, discuss patient needs, and inform them of appointment schedules.
- **Quality assurance**:Monitoring referral processing times, identifying potential issues, and ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
- **Reporting**:Generating reports on referral volume, waiting times, and service utilization for management analysis.

Required skills and qualifications:
