**Surveyor / Multi-tradesman**

Brick Maintenance, based in Desborough, are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Supervisor (Surveyor / Multi - Skilled Tradesperson) to join their rapidly expanding team.

Brick Maintenance provide planned & reactive maintenance to a variety of clients including Insurance companies, Councils and Letting Agencies across Northamptonshire, Milton Keynes and other regions within a 1-hour radius.

**The role**

This role would include surveying works and hands on maintenance
- Surveying work to establish cause (if relevant) and required action for repair
- Providing information to the office regards to timescales, materials and labour requirements
- liaising with sub - contractors regarding costs and availability
- Liaising with internal Multi Tradesman regarding the job
- Updating and liaising with the office regarding the survey and associated job for the purposes of Brick Maintenance raising quotations for our clients
- Carrying out a wide range of property Maintenance tasks

**Requirements of the job**
- Have extensive experience of Multi trade Maintenance
- Have a good understanding of Health and Safety in a construction environment
- Have experience of pricing materials and calculating labour time
- Ideally have their own tools, for which you will receive a tool allowance.
- be provided with a company Van and a uniform
- Have an eye for detail and a strong desire to achieve great results on time and within budget

You will be capable of working independently out in the field whilst also being able to work well within a team whilst involved in larger projects.

Surveying / Quoting / Estimating | Carpentry | Painting & Decorating | Plastering & Tiling

Carpet / Flooring Fitting | General Maintenance and Repairs | Gardening / Fencing | Bricklaying

Structural / Building Works | Kitchen / Bathroom Fitting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £40,000.00 per year
