**Job Vacancy: Complex Needs Support Worker**:
**Are you passionate about supporting homeless or vulnerable people to progress towards independence and independent living?**
As a Substance & Complex Needs Worker at our services in WGC, you will be responsible for providing safe and supported housing to residents at our sites in Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield.
Your role will involve delivering support in an individualized and person-centric manner, utilizing a multi-agency approach and working towards shared goals with residents to help them achieve realistic and achievable short, medium, and long-term goals

**What do we need you to bring to the role?**
You must bring:
- An understanding of complex needs and therapeutic approaches to support the residents in addressing their needs and inform change
- An in-depth understanding of childhood trauma and its impact on mental well-being and be able to deliver the appropriate information, intervention, advice guidance
- Knowledge of statutory & non-statutory provisions for client group
- A developed understanding of therapeutic practice with adults with complex needs and substance misuse
**An Enhanced Disclosure check is required for this role.
