Performance Improvement Lead

The Performance Improvement Lead will play a key role in the development and delivery of performance improvement across a range of measures supporting operational delivery.

They will provide expertise, guidance and leadership to Trust professionals with regard to understanding current performance and taking action to improve future performance.

The role will ensure information is used intelligently by operational teams in support of agreed goals and objectives, utilising a range of analysis and improvement techniques.
- The post holder has operational responsibility for designated areas of work.
- They also have staff management and leadership responsibilities for members of the performance department assigned to same areas of work.
- They will be expected to work with minimum supervision and to co-ordinate their activities to ensure an efficient service is provided.
- Lead specific project work and deputise on behalf of the IT and Informatics managers
- Provide expertise in Performance Improvement and analysing complex data
