We are now looking for a Painter and Decorator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis working 37 hours per week.

**The Role**
As a Painter and Decorator, you will ensure that our properties remain presentable and neatly decorated for our clients.
Following a daily schedule, you will inspect properties to determine the extent of decorating needed and quickly complete all painting and maintenance to the highest possible standard.
Additionally, you will:

- Take responsibility for your tools, materials and vehicle
- Ensure your van is well stocked to complete all jobs
- Store all equipment is safely
- Attend emergency jobs when required
- Focus on completing the job right first time and within agreed timeframes
Please note, this role will involve moving heavy objects, as well as carrying tools and materials.
**About You**
To be considered as a Painter and Decorator, you will need:

- Experience of painting and decorating in occupied and unoccupied properties
- A customer-focused approach
- The ability to work in confined spaces and at height
- The ability to meet strict deadlines
- Good communication skills
- A full, valid driving license (manual preferred)
Due to the nature of this work, you will also be required to have a basic criminal record (DBS) check, which we will pay for.
