**Cotteswold Dairy** are looking for an experienced **Class 1 Driver : Nights** to join their team based in **Tewkesbury.** You will be working on a **full-time, permanent basis** and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary of £681.35 plus benefits.**

**IMPORTANT** - This physically active role involves working nights, and requires manual handling

**Working Hours**: 48 hours per week* job and finish, 5 nights, Monday - Sunday
- In order to comply with the Working Time Directive, this will be averaged out over a period of 26 weeks

**The Class 1 Driver : Nights role**:
Cotteswold Dairy, a long-standing family business with over 80 years’ successful history is looking for a dedicated and reliable individual to join the Haulage Team at the main Tewkesbury depot. This important role involves night shifts through to mid-morning,weekends and bank holidays

As an approved Training Centre we welcome applicants who have recently gained their LGV C+E category, and will consider applicants with Class C licences who are keen to progress in their career. We offer development opportunities within the role to broadenyour skillset and the ability to gain recognised qualifications. We strongly encourage progression within the business

**Responsibilities as our Class 1 Driver : Nights**:

- Safely driving an appropriate vehicle in line with your licence category, remaining courteous at all times while delivering excellent customer service and building good customer relationships
- The punctual delivery of dairy and dairy related products to a variety of customers around the country
- Undertaking manual handling, to include the loading and unloading of pallets and roll cages at customer sites, conducting your duties to the highest standards
- Being a team player, prepared to cover holiday and sickness periods; along with the ability to work well alone, problem solving on the road

**Skills and attributes, we’re looking for in our Class 1 Driver : Nights**:
The successful applicant will have a clean UK driving licence Category C+E, with exceptional customer service skills and a passion to learn and develop.
