Looking for an entry level role that supports training programmes? Have strong administration skills or have just finished education and looking to secure your first role in industry?

Our client is one of 21 partners that operate across the UK. As one of the leading partners, they are running a series of training programmes throughout the UK. To support this team, they are looking to appoint a Training Programme Co-ordinator who willprovide administration support. You will attend 4/5 training sessions (local to you) as part of your training to develop your knowledge and understanding of the programmes being offered.

**Key to the role**:

- Proof reading training material to ensure it is correct, layout matches throughout and there are no spelling errors
- Pulling off training reports from the system for management
- Booking venues for training sessions including hotel accommodation / food etc
- Raising PO numbers
- Answering partner queries around the training programmes

**Key Skills**
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to use Power-point and MS Office products
- Highly organised
- Ability to pick new things up quickly
- Adaptable
- Team player
- Self-motivated
- Able to work independently
