Bridle Vehicle Leasing is a part of the Bridle Group, one of the UK’s largest vehicle finance brokers and we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Car Leasing and Sales Executive to join our team in our Cannock, Staffordshire. As a Car Leasing and Sales Executive with us, you will be dealing with our customers and prospects, answering their queries and discussing the right products to meet their needs.

The starting salary for this role is £25,000 per annum plus commissions with a realistic OTE of £50,000 (uncapped).

Main responsibilities:

- Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work with customers to determine their needs, explain product value, and then discussing the right product to ensure we meet their demands.
- Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features.
- Leads are inbound either on the phone or via our website - this role does not involve cold calling new customers.
- Demonstrate superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
- Create positive and lasting relationships with vendors and suppliers and build relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Have a clear understanding of FCA Guidelines - takes accountability.

Key requirements:

- A strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have a sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from both our existing client bank and the generation of new leads
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Experience of working within the Vehicle Leasing Industry/Motor industry is essential.
