Merchandise Consultant Assistant - TP European Solutions - 8.55am - 5.30pm Monday-Friday
Customer Service & Sales Administrator
We are looking for a new Customer Service & Sales Administrator to join our growing team, we are a Trade Promotional Products supplier with a product range of over 4000 promotional products. We pride ourselves on servicing our customers to the best of our ability.
We are looking for an efficient, organised and enthusiastic individual with a passion for helping customers and a keen eye for detail.
The main responsibilities for this job role include assisting our Merchandise Consultants by sending accurate quotations, sales orders and purchase orders to our customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering an exceptional level of customer service
- Processing our customers sample orders and bulk orders
- Providing accurate quotations for customers
- Answering inbound calls
- Liaise with suppliers confidently
- Raising sales orders and purchase orders
- Sending sample and bulk order invoices
- Tracking order progress
- Helpong resolve customer problems
- Liase with all departments to ensure all orders run smoothly and we deliver to our customers on time
- Liaise closely with other members of your team and other departments to ensure efficient working and maximum output
- Sending out quality samples to our customers
- General administrative filing

- Keep a tidy and organised work space, both physically and digitally
