**Responsibilities**:

- Provide customer service to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist customers with product selection and ordering.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction levels.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£25,688.00 per year
