Engage Education are looking for a learning support assistants (LSAs) in Shipley who want to make a difference to the lives of disadvantaged children.

We have positions with immediate start dates on a full-time or part-time basis. Many are long-term positions but, if you are wanting to gain experience across different schools, there is the potential to do day-to-day supply work too.

We work with schools who need SEN LSAs in the Early Years (children aged 3-5), Primary Years (5-11) and Secondary (11-16) age ranges.

You will be needed to support children who have a range of special educational needs. This may include children with autism, ADHD, SEMH and more complex needs.

We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds, including education; health and social care; youth work and sports coaching.

**Your Role**:

- Assist pupils with special educational needs.
- Manage challenging behaviour positively.
- Provide a positive and nurturing environment for children with a range of needs.
- Maintain the safeguarding of young people.

**What you will need**:

- To be enthusiastic about helping children with special educational needs.
- To be adaptable and reliable.
- To be able to form strong, professional relationships with pupils and staff.
