**Salary: £42000-£45000**

**Summary**: An experienced Manager with a strong forecasting and supply chain planning background required for leading brand manufacturer who has a strong local reputation as a leading employer offering their products to a truly global multichannel client portfolio

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Management of the sales forecast accuracy driving accountability and overall performance
- Overseeing preparation and consolidation of all sales forecasts to produce monthly forecast data for S&OP process
- Accountable for the S&OP aligning business to deliver on sales plans
- Provide insight into demand variance, Customer delivery OTIF, NDP and launch status
- Delivering through your planning team short term production plans, longer term rolling capacity plans, master tools scheduling and capacity planning
- Stock Management, setting stock levels, highlighting potential obsolescence, lifecycle management process for all products
- Team Development
- Continuous Improvement - developing the next generation of planning systems, developing KPI's.

**Key Skills/Experience**:

- Significant experience of working in a similar planning and forecasting role in a supervisory/management capacity
- Experience of working in a manufacturing environment (production planning/scheduling)
- Good knowledge of ERP's as part of driving data driven decision making
- Strong forecasting, demand and supply experience and inventory management
- Proven leadership and people development skills
- Highly analytical
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
