Join us and be part of a dynamic team at the forefront of UK manufacturing. **What you will be doing**: As a Section Leader, you'll be at the heart of our operations, leading your team through people and process. Managing team workflows, supporting and developing your team, and driving productivity and efficiency improvements in a fast paced environment. You'll ensure we hit our targets for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity, maintain Quality Assurance compliance, and allocate work using our planning software. You'll also lead daily briefings, promote Right-First-Time (RFT) behaviours, and ensure full compliance with all QA, E,H&S policies. Your role will include managing your teams holidays, absences, and timesheets. **What we are looking for**: We're seeking someone with 5+ years of experience in a similar industry, proven leadership and performance management skills, and excellent communication abilities. You should be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively across departments. Strong IT skills and a thorough understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace. **Your working hours**:37 hours per week **Afternoon Shift**:Monday-Thursday: 7:30am to 4pm with a 15-minute paid break followed by a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
