We are looking to hire a Skilled CNC Machinist to join our machine shop, Delmac Precision Machining Ltd, in Methlick, Aberdeenshire.

**Key duties;**
- Set and operate a range of CNC Machines (Lynx, DNM & Puma)
- Create and edit programs at the machine
- Carrying out dimensional and visual checks using appropriate measuring equipment
- Be competent in reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Cleaning and basic maintenance of machinery
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
- General housekeeping
- Must have a good eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and precision

**Experience;**
- Several years CNC machining experience.
- Conversant with setting & operating CNC mills & Lathe’s
- Ability to confidently set and operate CNC mills & lathe's
- Proven self-inspection skills
- Familiar with a range of materials (Aluminium, steel, stainless steels & super alloys)

**Qualifications / Training;**
- Technical / Mechanical qualification preferred but not essential

**Salary**: £15.00-£19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
