Job Title: Group Tax Manager
Location: Hertfordshire

**Salary**: £100,000 + 40% Bonus + Car Allowance
A well known company are seeking a highly skilled senior Tax Manager to join their team within Hertfordshire.
Within the role you'll e responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organisation's tax matters, leading the tax planning and tax compliance processes for the business, monitoring and reviewing the tax position of the business and providing tax-efficientsolutions to ensure the organisation is compliant.
Other duties include:

- Managing the preparation and filing of the group's corporate tax returns.
- Identify and implement tax planning opportunities to ensure the most tax-efficient structure is in place.
- Provide advice with tax and guidance to the business.
- Manage the tax audit process and ensure any outstanding tax issues are resolved.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external advisors and key stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing tax compliance processes.
- Must have either a ACA, CIOT, CTA or equivalent.
- Must have extensive experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
- Excellent knowledge of UK and international tax law.
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Tax and VAT.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- 5 years PQE.
