Pastoral Support Assistant

**Rate**: £75-£100 per day, depending on experience
Principal Resourcing are actively working to recruit a **Pastoral Support Assistant** to work at one of our partnership secondary academies based in **Lincolnshire**. The **full-time** role is available with** immediate start** and will be **ongoing** to meet the needs of the school. A job share may be considered.
We are specifically looking for Pastoral Support Assistants with knowledge and experience of the KS3/KS4 curriculum. As a Secondary Pastoral Support Assistant, you will work under the instruction and guidance of the Class Teacher to assist with the management of pupils in the classroom during delivery of lesson input and learning activities. Providing support for pupils social, emotional and wellbeing needs across the school. You may be required to carry out work in the classroom and outside the main teaching area to meet the needs of the pupils in your care.

- Support the social, emotional and wellbeing needs of all pupils
- Deliver planned guided work
- Support the class teacher to deliver the curriculum
**Skills and attributes**:
- KS3 and KS4 experience is advantageous
- Have empathy, patience and the drive to make a difference
