My successful client an established and multi divisional recruitment group are expanding into the Health and Social Care Sector.

They are looking to hire experienced high billing Senior Health and Social Recruitment Consultants, Senior Nursing Recruitment Consultants and Senior Doctor Consultants who are looking to be part of, and have a large impact on creating a new division within the business in Tamworth who can hit the ground running.

This role will heavily support Health and social care workers and give you the opportunity to contribute to the effort and save lives.
- Must be an experienced Health & Social Care Recruitment Consultant from agency setting with current experience 12 months + Experience from health & social care sector with successful billing history.
- Able to work as a 360 Consultant and work alongside other successful recruiters
- Be able to demonstrate a successful billing history
- Have a strong desire to develop business and build relationships with clients
- Wants more than what they are getting from their current employer
- Needs control of their own career progression
- A driving licence with access to your their own car
- clearly defined career path with the opportunity to take control of their own financial earnings
- A great team environment with support and training from Director level down along with regular external training activities
- We have regular team and individual incentives, lunches, and meals out
- Holiday entitlement increasing by length of service. 28 days inc Bank Holidays as a starting point
- Free town centre parking
Mon - Fri 08.30 - 1700
Salary is between £25k - £30k based on experience and there is an uncapped commission
